It's Official

Dismal, dismal rain all day tomorrow.  After all this time, I guess I can wait another week. . .

It's Supposed To Rain Tuesday - bummer

I'm looking at the forecasts for the week.  The wind in the morning has really laid down.  That had me so excited about the first voyage.  Then I saw the rain chance for tomorrow and Tuesday.  I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I'm Going Sailing!

This will not be an everyday occurence.  However, when I go out on my 5.9 meter catamaran, you will hear about it.  I also hope to post some pictures here as well.  Tuesday is the first time I will be taking my circa 1980s G-Cat out on Lake Jackson.  According to the guy we bought the boat from (over a year ago) cat will be a Hobie.  I just wonder . . .  I hope to take lots of pictures and learn how to post them here.  Until Tuesday, I have lots of looking over lines and cables to be sure everything is ready to go after sitting so long.
